Q: Why is it important to start out my session with one of the Relax Modules?
A: It’s important to start any session with one of the Relax Modules (R1, R2, etc.) . The reason for this is that the content modules (X1, X2, etc.) are programmed to start you off at a certain brainwave frequency which is deeper than the normal waking frequency. The Relax Modules get you to that threshold. The one exception to this is the Standalone Modules, such as The Quantum Leap.
Q: Can I just listen to a Relax Module without a Content Module?
A: You can listen to the Relax Modules by themselves, but if the session starts with an X (X2 – Transforming Fear into Power) then you need to put a Relax Module before it in the playlist.
Q: Do I need to use headphones?
A: A track will be labeled as a “Headphones” track either because it uses binaural beats or because it uses dual hypnosis, which involves having two different verbal scripts, one in each ear. I don’t use binaural beats that much – although I have found them helpful, there is serious debate as to their lasting effectiveness. I tend to use other forms of entrainment. Dual inductions, such as the one in the free download The Quantum Leap, are very powerful ways of getting the ego mind to slow down or shut off, thus opening access to the deeper mind. However, all that said, I personally prefer to use headphones for all of the tracks. I find it’s easier for me to get deeper faster and stay at a deep level of mind with headphones. I encourage you to try it. P.S. If you’re having a hard time listening with headphones, you might consider trying out different sets of headphones at your nearest electronics superstore. Even spending $20 can get you a decent set of headphones that will make your listening experience much more enjoyable. A: I’m not being facetious here, but you probably have a son, daughter, grandchild, friend’s 15-year-old or someone at your help desk at work who can help you find the files a lot more quickly than I can. Please exercise due diligence on your end before asking me to see through ethers and/or fix your computer! If you’ve tried everything within reason and still can’t figure it out, contact me and I’ll do my best.
Q: Do I need iTunes to use the files?
A: No, but you will need some kind of media player capable of playing MP3 files. You are welcome to burn the files to a CD and listen to them that way as well, but how you do that is up to you.
Q: How do I get the files into my Media Player or onto my iPod?

A: Please check the email account associated with your PayPal account. You should get an email with a Confirm Registration link within a few minutes. This email explains in clear and lucid detail exactly how to complete your registration (it’s pretty easy, actually). Once you’ve clicked on the link in the email and activated your registration, just go to the Premium Member Content page and start downloading all of your good stuff.
Q: I paid for a Words Premium Membership but never received a confirmation email.
A: Be patient, emails may take 15-20 minutes to get delivered to your account. Also, please check your spam folder in your email account and make sure it’s not been marked as spam. If you have not received the confirmation email within a reasonable amount of time and the email is not in your spam folder, please contact me.
